Dan Thomas manages Information Technology which is a shared resource for all divisions of the company. His oversight of the IT department includes application development, voice and data network services and client services that include implementation, web portals and special projects.
Mr. Thomas joined the company in 1984 as Data Processing Manager. He has transitioned through many launches of new services as our company has grown over the past 20 years. In addition to his current position, Mr. Thomas’ roles at RxCrossroads have included management of Finance, Customer Service, Sales and Purchasing.
Mr. Thomas has also assisted multiple pharmaceutical, biotech and biologics companies launch new products and programs. He played a key role in the design and implementation of the company’s high-volume pharmacy unit, including the introduction of state-of-the-art mail order pharmacy management systems and automated dispensing technologies. He managed the development of our industry leading web reporting portal Exegis in 2000. His group also developed RxCrossware NG in 2004 which is a third generation database application for product support and patient case management with unparalleled client web portal functionality.
Prior to joining RxCrossroads, he was an Account Manager for NCR Corporation. He has more than 25 years of Information Technology experience in the healthcare industry.

Ed Kremer is the Vice President of Distribution Services at RxCrossroads and brings more than fifteen years experience from the biotechnology industry to his role. Distribution Services includes 3rd party logistics services and pharmacy services. Prior to joining RxCrossroads, Mr. Kremer served as the senior executive at Amgen’s Louisville Distribution Center.
Mr. Kremer held a variety of leadership roles in supply chain management during his tenure at Amgen as it grew from a small biotechnology company to be the world’s largest independent biotechnology company. His experience includes managing warehousing, distribution, customer service, information technology and sales operations organizations. Mr. Kremer has provided management and leadership to multiple new product introductions, a large corporate acquisition and the construction and licensing of a European logistics center.
Prior to his experience in the biotechnology industry, Mr. Kremer spent thirteen years in the Aerospace industry in the Los Angeles, California area. Mr. Kremer holds an MBA from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California and completed his undergraduate studies at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.

Christie Spencer is the Vice President of Brand Support Services at RxCrossroads and brings more than twenty-five years of experience in multiple facets of the healthcare industry including insurance, clinical and claims management, and physician practice management. Prior to joining RxCrossroads, Ms. Spencer has contracted with various national healthcare companies providing operational support including project management, business development, workflow analysis and operational assessment.
Ms. Spencer’s previous experience also includes operational leadership in a growth environment. As Senior Vice President of National Health Services, Ms. Spencer was responsible for all activities of the organization, including: operations, account management, sales, marketing, public relations and product development. In this role, she lead the organization to 100% growth through the design and implementation of new products, enhanced proposal response techniques and development of new sales channels.
Ms. Spencer has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from Oswego University in Oswego, New York and a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland.

Greg White brings 14 years of strategic and financial planning experience to RxCrossroads. He came to RxCrossroads from StorageTek, Inc. where he was responsible for managing business strategy and execution planning for their global service division. Prior to his work at StorageTek, Inc., Mr. White held positions at American Sanitary, Inc., Cardinal Health, Inc., and SPX Corporation working in the areas of corporate acquisitions, strategic planning and business development. He started his career in the audit and tax practices of Coopers and Lybrand.
Mr. White’s primary responsibilities include direct oversight of the finance & accounting functions as well as purchasing.
Mr. White is a licensed CPA in the state of Michigan and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan. He came to RxCrossroads with an impressive history of providing strategic and financial guidance to the multi-billion dollar companies that he has served.
