Cindy Padgett's extensive background provides the foundation for her current role as Vice President. With experience ranging from program operations to finance, customer services, human resources and legal affairs, Ms. Padgett possesses valuable insight into program management. Her responsibility for management of the Product Support Division includes full P & L responsibility to ensure that the division meets company operating targets, reporting directly to the President. In addition, Ms. Padgett has oversight of the company's legal activities.
Ms. Padgett joined the company in 1980 and has served in a variety of operational, finance and executive positions. She became licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 1995.
Ms. Padgett is a native of Louisville. She has a B.S. in Accounting and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, Kentucky Bar Association and the Louisville Bar Association.
Dan Thomas is Senior Manager of RxCrossroads’ Pharmacy Division. He also manages Information Technology which is a shared resource for all divisions of the company. He played a key role in the design and implementation of the company’s high-volume pharmacy unit, including the introduction of state-of-the-art mail order pharmacy management systems and automated dispensing technologies. His oversight of the IT department includes application development, voice and data network services and client services that include implementation, web portals and special projects.
Mr. Thomas joined the company in 1984 as Data Processing Manager. He has transitioned through many launches of new services as our company has grown over the past 20 years. In addition to his current position, Mr. Thomas’ roles at RxCrossroads™ have included management of Finance, Customer Service, Sales and Purchasing.
Mr. Thomas has also assisted multiple pharmaceutical, biotech and biologics companies launch new products and programs. He managed the development of our industry leading web reporting portal Exegis in 2000. His group also developed RxCrossware™ NG in 2004 which is a third generation database application for product support and patient case management with unparalleled client web portal functionality. He has also performed as the project manager of six successful Fortune 500 client implementations in the last two years.
Prior to joining RxCrossroads™, he was an Account Manager for NCR Corporation. He has more than 20 years of Information Technology experience in the healthcare industry.
Mr. Thomas holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Louisville.
David Hileman has over twenty-five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His background includes knowledge and experience in the development of programs supporting product distribution through all channels, including a focus on programs designed to enhance a patient’s experience with specialty products. With a background in retail and specialty pharmacy as well as wholesale distribution and third-party logistics, Mr. Hileman is well versed in the product supply cycle from manufacturer to patient. Mr. Hileman is currently responsible for business development functions within RxCrossroads™.
Previously, Mr. Hileman has had operational responsibilities as the division leader for the company’s pharmacy business unit. As the business unit head, Mr. Hileman oversaw the growth of the pharmacy unit from its infancy to the current platform today. He has also served as the Director of Operations for the company’s third-party logistics division. In these roles Mr. Hileman’s responsibilities included oversight of warehouse operations, customer service, and the division’s specialty transportation unit. His initial role at RxCrossroads™ was as the Director of Pharmaceutical Services, responsible for building the operational backbone of the pharmacy dispensing activities from the ground up.
Mr. Hileman is a registered pharmacist holding active licenses to practice pharmacy in eight states. He earned both his B.S. in Pharmacy and B.S. in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University. Mr. Hileman has spoken at various conferences and been featured in publications such as Product Management Today, PharmaVoice, and Future Pharmaceuticals.
Mike Brady has been in pharmaceutical logistics and supply chain management for over thirty years. His background includes knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing, distribution and transportation. Mike brings a wealth of experience and management skills with third-party logistics operations including best practices in distribution and transportation. At RxCrossroads® Mr. Brady is currently responsible for our Transportation Division, Frozen Storage Division, Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Quality & Regulatory, Pharmacy Fulfillment Operation as well as Facility Management.
Prior to joining RxCrossroads®, Mr. Brady managed warehouse operations at Cardinal Health SPD/SPS (NSS/Cord). At Cardinal he was responsible for Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Telemarketing Sales, Facility Planning and Purchasing. Mike’s manufacturing experience includes roles of increasing management responsibility at Altana, Inc. As the Director of Warehouse and Distribution, he was responsible for four facilities located in three states, negotiated world-wide transportation contracts and managed a private fleet of delivery trucks. His diverse background includes roles in customer service, product scheduling, inventory, project management, transportation, purchasing, materials management, facility expansion and construction and product distribution.
Mr. Brady leverages his experience and knowledge to provide clients solutions to distribution challenges faced in today’s ever changing environment. He prides himself on putting his experience in play and becoming a true partner with each client every day.
Greg White brings 14 years of strategic and financial planning experience to RxCrossroads™. He came to RxCrossroads™ from StorageTek, Inc. where he was responsible for managing business strategy and execution planning for their global service division. Prior to his work at StorageTek, Inc., Mr. White held positions at American Sanitary, Inc., Cardinal Health, Inc., and SPX Corporation working in the areas of corporate acquisitions, strategic planning and business development. He started his career in the audit and tax practices of Coopers and Lybrand.
Mr. White’s primary responsibilities include direct oversight of the finance & accounting functions as well as purchasing.
Mr. White is a licensed CPA in the state of Michigan and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan. He came to RxCrossroads™ with an impressive history of providing strategic and financial guidance to the multi-billion dollar companies that he has served.
