Co-pay Assistance

RxCrossroads provides two methods to implement and manage commercial co-pay assistance programs. The first offers a Visa account in the patient's name provided to the pharmacy, and in the second RxCrossroads forwards the processing information to the patient's pharmacy.

In both cases qualification and fund management are handled in house at RxCrossroads, and both offer the opportunity for data capture. As an additional service, real-time dispense and adjudication data is accessible through the web as soon as it is available. To combat fraud, RxCrossroads maintains communication with the billing pharmacy after adjudication.
