In addition, the Northern Kentucky site has been inspected and certified by the German Health Authority. RxCrossroads is equipped to both store and ship pharmaceuticals and biotechnology products no matter what demands, including time or temperature restrictions, are required.

RxCrossroads utilizes a strict organizational system for storage and separation to minimize any potential mistakes. Barcodes and radio frequency (RF) technology are used to ensure quality control and to allow manufacturers real-time access to inventory status and order activity.

As part of RxCrossroads commitment, dedicated toll-free customer service lines are staffed for extended hours to provide high quality Pharma 3PL services. Late afternoon orders can be shipped on the same day, according to manufacturers' specifications. Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. RxCrossroads emphasizes first-call-resolution, and in the event further research is required, RxCrossroads strives to resolve any issues within 24 hours.

Our Pharma 3PL services begin at the point of product manufacture and continue throughout the supply chain, including inventory management, fulfillment logistics, order processing, picking/packing/shipping of product, invoicing and collection of funds on behalf of our partners.
