Louisville, KY -- RxCrossroads, an industry leader of healthcare outsourcing services, announces the addition of Traci Johnson, Director Human Resources. Ms. Johnson brings over ten years of healthcare and human resource experience to RxCrossroads. Prior to joining RxCrossroads, Ms. Johnson was responsible for recruitment and employee relations for multi-sites as well as integration of human resource functions and team building following mergers and acquisitions for Norton Healthcare Systems, a leading provider of healthcare services in Louisville, Kentucky. At Norton, Ms. Johnson’s accomplishments included the successful re-position of 250 employees that were displaced as a result of a corporation re-organization and the implementation of innovative diversity initiatives throughout the organization. Ms. Johnson has a BS in Communications from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Webster University.
At RxCrossroads, Johnson is responsible for the management and development of human resource programs and support services. Johnson’s oversight includes the operational aspects of human resources related to the recruitment of staff, strategies for employment branding and company benefits. Johnson is instrumental in ensuring that RxCrossroads attracts and retains the employee talent base necessary to drive the delivery of services.
