Louisville, KY -- RxCrossroads, an industry leader of healthcare outsourcing services, announces the addition of Sharon Ware, Director of Operations Brand Support Services. Ware brings years of executive management experience to the Brand Support team at RxCrossroads. Her experience includes new program development, disease management and patient compliance program operations, process and quality improvement, and compliance. Ware has extensive experience with reimbursement under today’s insurance products, which compliments the reimbursement service solutions offered by RxCrossroads.
Prior to joining RxCrossroads Ware held executive management positions in two leading healthcare companies. At Ingenix, a provider and reimbursement information and technology firm, as Chief Operating Officer Ware managed operations in two states, working with most of the nation’s payors. Ware’s achievements at Ingenix include re-engineered company operations that resulted in over a twenty-five percent productivity increase as well as successfully negotiated regulatory streamlining in the use of provider data. As a Vice President at Humana, Ware was instrumental in the development of Human’s Innovation Center whose charge is the development of new insurance policy products and reimbursement concepts. In addition, at Humana Ware developed the quality and accreditation programs for all of Humana’s products and jurisdictions.
In her position with RxCrossroads, Ware is responsible for the management and development of client programs. Ware's operational focus is the integration of reimbursement, disease management, and supporting services. She oversees the operational aspects relating to the product support teams, ensuring compliance with company and client policies.
