RxCrossroads Announces Two Promotions to Vice President

Louisville, KY. -- May 19, 2006 -- RxCrossroads, the premier provider of outsourcing solutions for pharmaceuticals, biomedical and medical device manufacturers, announced the advancement of two senior executives. Gregory White and Katherine Sampson have been promoted to the Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Human Resources respectively.

Mr. White previously served RxCrossroads in the capacity of Director of Finance and Business Planning. He has 14 years of financial and strategic planning experience, including mergers and acquisitions, business development strategy and corporate finance management. His primary responsibilities will comprise business planning, including direct oversight of all finance, accounting and purchasing functions.
Ms. Sampson, formerly the Director of Human Resources for RxCrossroads, has extensive experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development including multinational and multicultural environments. She has a proven track record of implementing innovative processes in companies of various sizes. Ms. Sampson's responsibilities will include evaluation and implementation of internal policies, procedures and employee processes as well as direct oversight of the company's human resources department.
