LOUSIVILLE, KY - RxCrossroads™ LLC, an out-sourced healthcare products commercialization support company is pleased to announce the promotion of Cindy Padgett to the newly created position of Vice President, Administration.
“Cindy's experience in our organization, from operations to finance to legal, will serve as a launching pad for this position. One of her focuses in this new role will be to develop an internal audit unit for our companies, that enhances quality policy and leads to continued process improvement”, states Nitin Sahney, EVP/General Manager.
Responsibilities of the position will include oversight of the company's legal activities, human resources department responsibilities and development of an internal audit unit. Ms. Padgett joined the company in 1980 and has held positions in operations and finance. Ms. Padgett has held the position of General Counsel since 1999. She is a native of Louisville with a B.S. B.A. and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville.
